The controller of personal data collected through this site is Unico Nexus S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Via Guido D'Arezzo 16, Italy, VAT IT18552431001.

For any request related to the processing of personal data, please write to info@uniconexus.it.

We process two categories of data:

• Data provided voluntarily by the user — name, email address, optional company and the content of the message, submitted through the contact form or by writing directly to the addresses published on this site.
• Navigation data — the hosting infrastructure automatically records, for technical and security purposes, information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps. This data is not used to profile users.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• responding to enquiries and managing professional and commercial contacts;
• ensuring the security, stability and diagnostics of the site;
• complying with obligations arising from laws, regulations or requests from public authorities.

Processing rests, depending on the case, on the following legal bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

• Art. 6(1)(a) — consent given by the data subject when submitting the contact form;
• Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request and any subsequent performance of the contract;
• Art. 6(1)(f) — the controller's legitimate interest in the security of its IT infrastructure and in preventing abuse;
• Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject.

Data is processed by electronic means, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect its confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Emails generated by the contact form are sent through Resend, also appointed as a processor, with its sending infrastructure configured on European Union data centres.

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for:

• contact correspondence: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the relationship continues;
• technical infrastructure logs: between 30 and 90 days, depending on the hosting provider's policy;
• data processed to meet legal obligations: for the period required by applicable law.

Data may be accessed by duly authorised individuals acting on behalf of the controller and by the processors it has appointed, including the hosting and email providers named above.

Data is never disseminated, sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities only where necessary to meet legal obligations or to protect the controller's rights.

Where technical services in use involve transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place only to countries offering an adequate level of protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

You may exercise at any time the rights provided by articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

• right of access to your personal data;
• right to rectification and erasure;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to data portability;
• right to object to processing;
• right to withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
